Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Tape It Inc., Achimota Ahomka Drive, Accra (“we”) for using Tape It. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is one shop.

Price

Tape It is free while we grow. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing you've saved will be deleted because of it.

Your information

What you put in Tape It stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy policy. Make sure you have your clients' and workers' permission to record their details.

Fair use

• Use Tape It only for lawful business.
• Don't try to access other shops' information or break the app.
• Don't use it to send spam or misleading messages to anyone.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

The service

We work hard to keep Tape It available and your information safe, but the app is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything critical. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, from using or being unable to use Tape It.

Ending your account

You can stop using Tape It at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete my account. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, giving you time to copy your information.

Changes and law

We'll tell you before important changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
